AIQ uses a self-extracting exe file to launch the upgrade install. The upgrade is approximately 28MB.

You may be prompted by your browser with a warning similar to this. Select Open or Run.

When the file has completed downloading you may be prompted with a security warning. AIQ has a VeriSign Class 3 Code, certifying that the TradingExpert Pro upgrade software program is genuine. Click Yes and follow instructions to install the upgrade.
If asked to install Microsoft .NET components, follow instructions to complete this part of the install.

Problem:
Message "No Trading Expert system found to
upgrade" message appears when trying to run install.
Description:
For unknown reasons, your system registry does not say you
have a prior version of TradingExpert installed. This might
have occurred because you did a manual copy of your
TradingExpert files from your main computer to a secondary
computer.
Resolution:
1. Click here. When
asked to "Save to disk" or "Open", select
"Open". This file (fakAIQ50.reg) will make the
necessary registry entries for the install to operate
properly.
2. Rerun the install.
Problem:
When I open reports, it GPF's on me.
Description:
The Microsoft DAO libraries needed to run AIQ Reports is
the incorrect version, or is missing.
Resolution:
Install the latest DAO by clicking here.
Problem:
Run-Time Reference File Needed to Conduct This
Installation Does Not Exist or Contains Invalid Information
Description
During Web installation, I receive the following error
message: "The run-time reference file needed to conduct
this installation does not exist or contains invalid
information."
Resolution:
Clear the memory and disk cache in your browser
and then try to reinstall.
To clear the memory and disk cache in Netscape Communicator:
From the Netscape menu, click Edit | Preferences Open the
Advanced tree control and click Cache Click the Clear Memory
Cache button and then the Clear Disk Cache button
