We have some important changes to your TradingExpert Pro service that you need to be aware of. These changes will be occurring over the next the next 6 weeks. At the end of April 2015 Track Data will no longer be providing real time data to clients. End of day data for the AIQ Data Retrieval will be continuing and you will be able to update your AIQ data files as normal. AIQ is now actively programming to Interactive Data Corp. as the new data provider. Once we are satisfied with the new interface we will be offering delayed, real-time and end of day service into TradingExpert Pro with Interactive Data Corp. Further details will be made available prior to the anticipated release date of May 31, 2015 In the interim we will continue offering full support for your TradingExpert Pro service with end of day data at $74/mo. level for all clients. You will automatically be transferred to the new service level from may 1, 2015 by simply doing an AIQ Data Retrieval download anytime between April 15 and May 1, 2015. AIQ educational and other add on services like The Options Hunter, One Minute Stock and Chart Pattern Recognition will continue unchanged. We appreciate your continued business. AIQ intends to continue providing our full range of support and services after this transition as AIQ Systems LLC. There is a browser-based delayed data and end of day charting program on the AIQ web site that you can utilize during this transition period.
