Interactive Data does not currently offer an annual plan. If according to Track Data records you have an unused monies balance for your AIQ TradingExpert Pro annual plan, we will be refunding any monies due for the unused portion. If you believe you are due a refund please contact support@aiqsystems.com. We will be e-mailing all annual clients regarding this process. The refund should be completed in approximately 15 days.

No, Track Data has extended the Dial/Data access for AIQ TradingExpert Pro lease clients through June 15, 2015 at no charge.

Interactive Data will handle all the billing including data exchanges and AIQ software.
