Clicking on the myTrack icon from the Main Menu of TradingExpert Pro gives a "wrong version of runtime DLL" message.

0 This error can be fixed by installing the latest full version of myTrack from the myTrack web site at this location.

When prompted save the file by clicking on the Save button in the Save As screen. Make a note of the folder the file is being saved into - later you will need to go to this folder in Windows Explorer.

Once the download is complete, open your Windows Explorer (Start, Programs, Windows Explorer) and locate the folder where you saved the myTrack exe (if you are not sure where this is, from the menu of Explorer, click Tools, Find, Files or Folders, type in the myTrack exe file name and click Find Now).

Close down any applications you have running (except Windows Explorer).

Double click on the file, follow the installation instructions to install the updated files for . Your existing data and configuration will be saved.
