Receive error -119 movedata error during installation

0 The installation may be attempting to replace a file on your system with an updated version, and the file on your system is currently in use with another application.

Exit the install error message, and check your Windows task bar (usually at the bottom of your screen). Close down any open applications, including any small icons on the far right of this task bar. Try the installation again once all other applications are closed.
