If you have the $59 delayed account

If you have the $59 delayed account and pull up a chart in AIQ, the chart shows current time when chart appears then appears to stop refreshing.

0	the time will not refresh until 15 minutes after the chart has been pulled up. when the 15 minutes have passed the charts will refresh according to what time interval you have selected. Even though the chart may be refreshing every minute, the data that is showing is 15 minute delayed.
