In the unique arena of professional trading coaches and consultants, Van K. Tharp stands out as an international leader in the industry. Tharp uses a combination of skills and education to fine-tune his strategies to coach, consult and teach traders and investors. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1975. He is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified Master Time Line Therapist, a certified Modeler of NLP, and an Assistant Trainer of NLP. He has used his expertise in NLP to create the successful models of trading and investing upon which so much of his work is based.
Dr. Tharp is the author of three acclaimed books published by McGraw Hill; Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom, the New York Times Bestseller, Safe Strategies for Financial Freedom, and Financial Freedom Through Electronic Day Trading.

Donald W. Dony is a professional technical analyst and holds the top global designation of Master of Financial Technical Analysis from the International Federation of Technical Analysts. Mr. Dony is the first in Canada to achieve this prestigious designation. He also holds a Fellowship from the Canadian Securities Institute since 1987 and is a registered securities advisor.
Donald W. Dony, FCSI, MFTA has been in the investment profession for over 20 years, first as a stock broker in the 1980’s and then as the principal of D. W. Dony and Associates Inc., a financial consulting firm to present. He is the editor and publisher of the Technical Speculator, a monthly international investment newsletter, which reviews major world equity markets, currencies, commodities, bonds and interest rates.
Donald is also an instructor for the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). He is often called upon to design technical analysis training programs and to provide teaching to industry professionals on technical analysis at many of Canada’s leading brokerage firms. He is a respected specialist in the area of intermarket and business cycle analysis and a frequent speaker at international investment conferences.
Mr. Dony is a member of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts (CSTA) and the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA).

Richards's investment trading career started out in emerging markets in 1995, up to 2000, where he did extensive equity fundamental analysis, as well as macro market analysis while based in South Africa. Over the last 10 years, while based in the UK, he has built up extensive global equity research and macro market analysis as both a buy side equity analyst, as well as a global equities proprietary trader.
